“Mike and Dillon Brown of Island Dream Kitchens completed a total house( very large kitchen, 7 bathrooms and interior closet work ) in an 8500 square foot home in the Uplands area( Oak Bay ). They went out of their way to ensure that the finish and fit of all cabinets were to the highest standards possible. They were easy and professional to deal with and my wife and I would highly recommend their firm for both simple re-do's or for the most complicated high end jobs. I would have no hesitancy in re-hiring them in the future.”

“A couple of years ago I purchased material for a TimberTech deck and installed the deck myself. A year after installation the deck started turning white. I happened to run across a TimberTech rep while at Home Depot and asked about my deck turning white. I was informed that one batch of decking in all of the product’s history had faded due to a supplier error in their chemical compound. I held off getting in contact with TimberTech fearing that I would get the run-around and that I would get replacement materials but no labor since I had installed the deck myself. I finally contacted TimberTech and within a month my new deck was completely replaced. Doug Woodside of Deck and Patio Covers was one of TimberTech’s recommended installers. He arrived at my house to give a bid at the time he said he would. He arrived to do the job at exactly the time he said he would with two additional installers. Because they had to go through the house to install the deck, he brought floor coverings to protect my carpet and floors. All of the installers were polite and professional. They worked through lunch so that they could complete the deck in one day. I cannot say good enough things about Doug and his crew or TimberTech. I have never had a warranty claim go as smoothly as this. I highly recommend both Doug’s company and TimberTech.”

“We met Lorenzo after deciding we wanted to put a pool in our backyard. Lorenzo was prompt in showing up to go over all of our options when it came to pool design, size and placement. His expertise was evident and we ended up adopting a number of his recommendations based on his experience and at job completion we were happy we did. “I had film installed 5 years ago. It works as expected, giving some protection against glare reflected off a nearby building, and against unwanted summer heat, and also provided some privacy . The installation was painless. The product never looked like a cheap add-on, and after 5 years still looks like new. It is hard to tell that it is there - but it is. Bought on a friend's recommendation, it had worked well on his house.”
