“Our family hired Banks Pools to design and build a custom pool and pond for our family located in Leawood Kansas. Banks designed a pool exceeding our expectations. The construction process was professionally handled delivering a product that we have never had a problem with. After owning and operating the pool for multiple years now, we have not had one structural problem. We have several friends with pools built by others that have presented multiple problems. From the date the pool was completed, we have had Banks maintain the pool. This service has also been excellent allowing us to enjoy the pool without the hassle of maintaining. If you want flawless turnkey service concerning a pool, this is the company to hire.”

“Creative Concepts remodeled my deal and installed new concrete countertops. They did an excellent job. The deck looked brand new when they left. In addition to the countertops they built a bar. The countertops really turned out well and still look great almost 2 years later. To the untrained eye they look just like granite. Do yourself a favor. If you're looking to get some work done use Caleb and Brent. They are very professional and you will definitely be satisfied.”

“I found Essential Extras after attending a home show. I asked 5 different companies to contact me about some deck repairs. Essential Extras was the ONLY one who called me back - exactly when the owner said he would. Terry came out to my home a number of times to ensure he had everything measured correctly and gave me a quote promptly. We wrote up a contract that discussed every step of the project and when each payment was due. Marty was the carpenter who performed the work. He was on site consistently as the weather would allow. One day he was going to be late due to car problems and they notified me. Marty's work was precise and looks wonderful. Terry came out when the project was done to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. One minor change had to be made and Terry completed it. They were GREAT to work with and did BEAUTIFUL work.”

“John and his crew did an excellent job on our new deck. His estimate was great & he was very timely on the project. He showed up and completed the project exactly as he said. We replaced an old depreciated deck with a brand new Trex Deck one. John Graber & his crew did an outstanding job and the quality & workmanship is excellent! John & his crew were very friendly & easy to work with. We had multiple last-minute changes & requests and each and every one they accepted and handled with outstanding customer service and openness. They even helped us spread large rock that we put in under the deck after removal of the old one prior to the start of the build of the new one. You couldn't ask for a more friendly, customer oriented group of guys. They put up with all of our questions and changes without blinking an eye. And again, the quality and craftmanship of the build was excellent as well. The price was also very good as well. Couldn't be more pleased! Thanks again to you, John & O.J & Ezra! We really appreciate you guys! Hope to maybe come to Jamesport to visit you guys in the near future.”

“Brian and his team are a rare breed. In this day in age most all companies could care less about offering stellar customer service. I mean truly wonderful customer service... Ya'll know what I mean out there!!!:) Well, somehow Brian and his talent team of carpenters have found a way to defy this. Shutterhub not only handcrafts beautiful build to spec shutters but they go the extra mile for anything and everything you may need. My husband and I recently bought a rehab and wow has it been project. From an exterior standpoint of the transformation I can honestly say that the biggest compliments served were on how great the shutters look.
