“Last summer, we had most of our windows replaced by Fine Home Solutions by Brady. They did an excellent job installing the windows and were both quick and neat. John and his crew went out of their way to not inconvenience my family as they did their work. This spring, I had a problem with some screens. It had nothing to do with the installation yet John dealt with the provider to see that my problem was rectified. His customer service and sincere concern that the customer is happy will keep his phone number #1 in my handy man file.”

“Sharon has painted a number of murals in our home in East Texas. Her work is outstanding. People walk up to touch them, so sure they are going to feel something other than a flat wall. Her backgound in Graphic Art and her years of experience as a signpainter prepared her to be an 'AWESOME" muralist. She takes your ideas and makes them a showstopping piece of art in your home. I really can't say enough about her work. She keeps her work area very clean. She is a lovely person to be around and we have become good friends. She has a God given talent and is one of those people who leaves a piece of herself in her work. I am planning a future project with her now.”

In the ever evolving highly technical industry, Jason Tynes (Owner), is always on top of the industries cutting edge technology and upcoming equipment. Whether it be for Smart house systems or whole house audio systems (i.e. Sonos), to a family room/play room TV with a top tier surround system, Safe and Sound Systems is always the most professional and highest certified in the area! “I had my old wooden deck replaced with a much larger one made of Trex, and chose Katz contracting not because they were the lowest cost of any contractor, but because they were the lowest cost of the contractors we thought were the most reputable and professional. It was an excellent decision on our part. The quality of workmanship, co-operation and professionalism from Mark, Percy and their team was exceptional, they always came when they said they would and worked hard all the time they were there. They were very aware that they were working right outside windows and doors when my family was inside and seemed to make an effort to keep their eyes on the job and not look inside the house, which was quite comforting to my wife in particular. I really got to trust and like these guys. Morris Katz, the owner, had great follow up. I don't have much tolerance for poor customer service and it was great to see a building contractor so customer focused. Having an Engineering background I am quite detail oriented and I like to know exactly what is going to happen before it does, and Morris was great at discussing exactly what I wanted throughout the project and making the result match my expectations. My new deck looks fantastic, and I would have no hesitation at all recommending this company for similar projects.”

“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”
