The designer Malka thoroughly reviewed my clothing inventory and measured my closet designing it to be efficient, maximized and beautifully organized. I love my closet now. “Riptide Construction is outstanding. From the moment I met Bob, I knew that his company was the right one for my pool remodel project. I liked the confidence and creative problem solving that Bob brought to my project. Both he and his project manager Sydney are easy to work with. “Classic Inc. ~ Is an amazing company with professionals who follow thru with their time lines and assist designers like myself to insure the best quality for "our" clients. I have used this company since 1991. They personally did my custom 4000sq ft home and the results still to this day are amazing. Would I suggest using Classic, Absolutely! “I was as satisfied as can be with my new kitchen. Betty helped me with my design and helped me pick out tile and my mural. The workers were there early every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. it took the amount of time they said it would. it was a really easeful renovation, with Betty showing me a countertop and cabinets and I loved it all. I can't say enough good things about this company.”

He came, did a thorough design review with myself and my interior designer, followed up to close out open questions, did several more follow ups, and then delivered the final designs in 3 weeks. “Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”
