“Jon and his crew were very professional and did excellent work. Jon cares about what he does and it is very evident in the quality of his work. He did not insist I replace items with new, he just figured out how to fix then and fix them well. He was always on time and jobs completed on time. He repaired more than a few very problem areas and they look fantastic! People are always complimenting his work and asking me for his name! He redid a half bath, garage wall, front and back door, ceiling and problematic access wall.”

“John Bishop designed and built us a live edge table after spending a couple of hours with us at his shop. We selected from dozens of log slabs from trees he cut on his property, cut and dried himself. He sent us some drawings, and we settled on a design. The result was beyond even our high expectations, and he was great to work with. We recommend him without reservation!”

“I have purchased window treatments from Added Touch several times and the experience was eye opening. Not only did I get a great price, but they gave me something I just could not get anywhere else that I looked, Honest reputable old fashioned service. I could not believe how much they knew about all types of window treatments. They carried what appeared to be a very wide selection from a number of different companies and they answered all my questions. They even came to my home with samples, measured my windows to make sure everything would fit properly and that was all free of charge. When my window treatments arrived they sent an installer to my home and he installed everything perfectly. She guided me based on my style preferences and price point, provided samples that my husband and I could pick from, and walked us through the Smith and Noble process of what to expect, which was perfection. My one regret was why didn't I contact Smith and Noble sooner?! :) Lori's design and communication skills are top notch. She is a seasoned professional. She kept me in the loop every step of the way.
