“This is by far one of the most professional organizations that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I am a handy person that can do a lot of high level tasks, but I don't have the time. By using their services (monthly fee), I have a lot more time for a busy life. I can see where this service would be perfect for retired individuals (my mother) that want to stay in their home and keep up with all of the daunting maintenance tasks. HMS helped me find out some of the hidden tasks that I would have never found and it is just part of their service. Super nice, professional, and trustworthy. I don't change the oil on my car anymore, and now I don't maintain my house. I leave it to the professionals that do it quicker, better, and stand behind their work. Thanks HMS!!!”

“Mike has become the go-to guy for all kinds of repairs and small remodeling jobs for everyone I know. He is dependable, detail-oriented, honest, creative with solutions, and he's there when he says he will be. He has done the following things for friends and me lately: Rebuilt a rotting set of deck steps, put in a doggie door, paint rooms including getting rid of "popcorn" ceilings, install crown molding, replace locks on a patio door; put in CoreTec flooring in basement; hang new light fixtures, replace drywall damaged in flood; rebuild door frame damaged in flood. I've now got him putting in drywall over 1970s paneling in my basement. Rates are reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough!”
