“I was redoing all of my kitchen cabinets and ordered handle pulls from Vintage Tub and Bath, their price was very competitive and web site was very easy to use. I was told that the handle pulls would ship in 2-3 days however two days after ordering the handle pulls arrived. All handles were individually wrapped in a bubble wrap sleeve before being shipped which protected the handles from scratches during shipping.”

“These are the best shades. We live in the Florida Keys so our shades take a beating-hot afternoon sun, salt air, out of the blue rain storms. After 3 years they still look like new. These aren't our first shades. The shades before Columbia's looked the same, but got moldy, and the coating couldn't take the Florida Keys abuse. We had to trash them after a few years and buy new. I happened to come across Columbia Shade Company and paid close attention to their coatings and decided to give them a try. Mind you, buying the amount of shades for our west facing house is a major investment. When they arrived, I could tell that their finish was far superior to the other company's and after 3 years still happy.”

“I bought an expensive valve from Hudson Reed because I thought it was a higher quality product... WRONG. After 4 months of work and 25,000.00 building a spa bathroom with 2 shower heads I finally got to temp and the guy said to me, "oh no you can't run them at the same time" WHAT???? "If you do then one will be much cooler than the other" I AM FURIOUS, Why would I ever buy a dual shower valve and only run one device. Obv they know this valve will not supply consistent temps to both devices but on the product desc it says "if you run the both you may test out the showers. One is significantly cooler than the other. I called tech support to find out what I have to do to get them to be the same experience a loss in pressure" it does not say... you will have one hot shower head and one luke warm shower head. If it did, obv I would NOT have bought it. When I asked to speak to someone of authority I was told that nobody was available to speak to me. So hear I am with a beautiful bathroom with a huge walk in tiled shower and this piece of crap valve in my walls that does not work. *******UPDATE******* It took writing bad reviews, but the good news is that Hudson Reed actually cared about my dissatisfaction and Dan Gillen contacted me and rush shipped me out a new cartridge. The fix was an easy one and I just had a wonderful shower, I do love the look of the product and it is constructed very well. I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars, it would be 5 if the phone support knew what a simple fix this was. Thank you Dan!!!”

“This co is Spectaculer. Their work is excellent. They give you an estimate and a date to start and they are there on time, finish the work as planned and no hidden charges. I had patio stone work, chimney stone, foundation stucco and stone face and stairs/walkways. All looks magnificent. I would not use anyone else.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Tracy Reda when shopping to remodel our kitchen and family room. Tracy is very personable and made us feel that she was helping us to achieve our goal. My wife and I were both struck with her friendly and outgoing personality as she helped us make difficult decisions about how to choose the right fixtures or coordinate colors. We were alway completely at ease with her. She seemed more like a friend than a salesperson. After we planned our project my wife and I were in Seattle for a vacation, which we had planned for quite a long time. While there my wife had an unexpected illness. Tracy was on top of everything and saved us from any additional concerns about what was happening at home. We were able to relax while my wife recovered, You can imagine what that meant to both of us. When we arrived home we began the chaos that would eventually lead to our dream. We were always aware that she was there to help us should we need it. Things have progressed nicely and pretty much according to the plan she and the contractor set out for us. The work should be completed in the next two weeks and I feel very strongly that we have Tracy to thank for getting us through the highs and the lows. When we finally reach completion I expect to go through the final inspection with her and know that she will enjoy our home as much as my wife and I will.”
