Then, after he started the project, he realized that there was going to be more work required… and we could see that he was absolutely right. We trusted him to go ahead and do the job properly, and in the end, only one day was added (in the pouring rain, no less!). The revised bill (again, detailing the new materials and labor) was completely reasonable. If or when we have another project, we will definitely go back to ARS.”
