The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very kind and respectful and the guys that came to do the installation were professional and kept the work space clean. “We hired Steve to install new drywall, paint our entire house, and install trim (doors, windows and some crown molding). He was very professional, completed the job in a shorter time than promised (almost unheard of!), was on budget, and provided us with lots of great suggestions. “We hired this company to replace our old wooden windows and what a difference it has made to our energy bills as well as comfort in our master bedroom. We were skeptical at first about the difference in glass (thought it was just a sales tactic) but they were spot on. We even notice that the improved glass reduces the outside noise much more than some of the "newer" vinyl windows in our house. We have a few more of the vinyl windows to replace and will for sure be using Thermobilt on the next project.”

“We ordered 6 windows at first on a recommendation from a friend. We were so pleased with their work and the price, that we then ordered glass railings for our deck. We have since had them put new eavestroughs in and are making arrangements for a new kitchen. Heritage is great because they are a one stop shop for home renovations, which is hard to find. We had gotten several quotes for all of the above and Heritage came in less in price and the work was exceptional.”
