“As a first time homeowner with a shortage of time and a deck in need of some tlc I needed not only a professional service but some solid advice on the care and treatment of my deck. Bruce was extremely friendly, and easy to work with. As others have mentioned, he responds to email very quickly and stays involved through the whole process. Not only was their work top notch, but Bruce was also very forthcoming and honest about what really needed to be done to care for the deck which was extremely helpful in getting the right work done within my tight budget. “I've known Rudi for many years and it was a pleasure to finally work with him first hand on some improvements on my house in Rockridge. My nearly 100 year old house was due for new windows and my 14 year old deck was looking tired so I hired Schafer Construction to do the work. His crew was efficient, polite, professional and always on time. I received regular communication throughout the project and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Everyone on Rudi's team was accessible and quick to respond to questions. A big thank you to the entire Schafer Construction team for a job well done!”

“Headlands Hardscape built us a lovely flagstone patio. Bruce also did some drainage work on the property that was desperately needed. The people who work for this company are professional, hardworking, and pleasant to have around. The price is reasonable given the amount of work that is done. Bruce even helped me with our small fish pond. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again. In fact, I am currently saving up for another project.”

“We had an older wooden patio cover removed and and a new aluminum one installed by C-Thru Sunrooms. They worked with us on timing of the project as we had to have the old one removed then new windows and patio doors before the new cover could be installed. When we ere ready they had the materials delivered and started right away. We added lights and electrical outlets to it and we are very happy with the way it came out.”

“Angel Castro was referred to me by a friend and I really appreciated the referral. He is very honest and his work quality is excellent. He was able to save me money on one of the jobs that he did for me because he discovered that part of a project could be salvaged without reducing the quality. He puts his client's best interest before his own. The only problem with Angel is that he is very much in demand. If he can do a job for you, you would be smart to grab him.”
