“Brothers provided cabinets, countertops and design suggestions for our first house in Medford, OR seven years ago. He did such a great job, that we called him back for this new project. The owner Carl Peugh visited our new/used home and we showed him the proposed kitchen design put together by our kitchen designer. Not only was he able to answer my myriad of questions, Carl was able to update us on changes in the industry since we last used his services. This included new products and new designs, plus how to save money on items by explaining higher costs than expected and offering alternatives. A basic plan was sent to us the following day and we will be meeting for the final details in his shop next week. We are anxious to start this lofty project.”

“How will I even begin to put this experience into words that give it the justice it deserves! I contacted Eerin for the first time via email/phone in early summer to inquire about the possibility of a swimming pool for our undeveloped side yard. She was very helpful from the get go! I toyed with the idea of going with a DIY kit which would have saved us a decent amount of money but in the end opted to go with the full package so that we didn’t have to worry about any of it. We finally decided we were ready to pull the trigger and emailed Eerin on September 5th, to secure position #4 for 2020. We lucked out and three weeks later we ended up taking their last install of 2019 due to their client needing to back out while they sorted some issues out. On October 5th Eerin and David came to our home and sprayed out the location of our pool. On October 7th David completed all of the excavation work. The morning of the 8th our pool was delivered and set and within a few days it was full of water and the finishing touches were set, awaiting the surrounding concrete deck which was completed two weeks later. Once the concrete work was done and the pool equipment was in place David met with us to go over all of the equipment. I was surprised at how much time he spent with us and didn’t appear to be in a hurry whatsoever even though it was dinner time. We were amazed at just how quick and painless these guys made this process seem. We know it wasn’t so much that this is easy work, but they sure made it look that way! I have to say, I was a bit skeptical when I began this process and it really had nothing to do with A Plus Pools but just the industry and contractors in the valley. I assure you A Plus Pools has clearly survived for 21 years because of a strong work ethic, this is no fly by the seat of your pants company!
