“United Homes was incredible to work with. They replaced a botched gutter job and went out of their way to fit our project in before the weather got bad. It turned out we had some unknown and challenging obstacles to address and they handled them like pros. The salesman we worked with was Mike and I recommend asking for him personally. They were so friendly, helpful, collaborative and extremely responsive to all of our questions, plus they did a phenomenal job. I will be calling them back to do some other jobs for us soon. If you have any gutter, painting, window, roofing, siding work to be done they are the ones to call.”

“Archadeck of Suburban Boston is a superior design-build construction company. They designed and built an upper deck 10'x25' with a 15' bridge from the deck to the upper yard behind our house. Their design met with all local building codes, complimented exquisitely well the existing structure, architecture, and colors of this 100+ year old house. The composite materials they selected met our requirements for sustainability, low maintenance, long life, warranty, beauty, function, cost. The finished construction compliments the character of our house and blends with our rocky cliff terrain while adding to the value of our outdoor living space and the value of our home. The team, architect, project manager, and carpenter, are experienced true craftsmen who care about their client and what they produce. They ensure that all services needed for them to complete excellent work in a timely way are in place. I will hire them again for our next project.”

“Jo-Anne has designed window treatments for my living room, dining room, bedroom - a real challenge, with five (!) windows, one in the corner - , bathroom and my son's room. In every room, she captured perfectly the look I was trying to accomplish. She listens and observes one's personal style, and translates that into just the right look and feel in her excellent work. “Justin restored an old staircase that had been destroyed by a previous owner when the house was subdivided into multiple units. We were restoring the house back to its original form. The required steel reinforcement of the staircase, a carver recreating the destroyed curved railing, and workworkers turning new balusters. It all went well and the staircase came out great!”

“Maureen has sewn, installed window treatments though out our home. Every window is different and challenging. Most of the windows are picture windows and some are odd shaped. We described what look we wanted and she took it from there. Nothing was difficult for her. Everything she made for us was done in a timely matter. Maureen is extremely professional and loves her work and it shows in every aspect. She also made pillows of all shapes and sizes for our bedrooms and family room. I highly recommend Maureen. You will definetly not be disappointed.”

“Kevin and his team are absolutely outstanding and their work is spectacular. They completely redid the main staircase in our 1840's house. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness in his craft is top notch, and the people on his team are absolutely wonderful human beings. It was a delight to work with them and the stairs are gorgeous. Beyond his craft, he's also a great administrator. One of my biggest frustrations with contractors/wood working folks is how difficult it can be to find someone responsive & responsible. Kevin returns phone calls, started when he said he would, and could always be counted on to followup which makes a huge difference if you're working on a lengthy project. Highly, highly recommend him & his team.”
