“We worked with Jessica @ Caruso Kitchens to purchase custom cabinets for our kitchen and our bathroom. Our kitchen remodel was complete a couple of years ago and we were so pleased that we also purchased custom cabinets for our more recent bathroom remodel. Jessica was wonderful in assisting us with design and product choices. Deliveries were made on time and there were no surprises. Any little glitches that came up (i.e. needed additional crown molding piece to accommodate difference in the thickness of the marble countertop we ended up purchasing) were handled in a very timely manner, and with an excellent outcome.”

They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. “We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

The project included quite a bit of hardscape and soft-scape, and Ben listened carefully to my vision for what I wanted and devised a plan to match those specifications. Now my patio and small backyard feels like an extension of my family room, which is exactly what I wanted. The crew who completed the work commenced the project immediately and worked tirelessly for three weeks until it was finished. They were extremely professional, careful, and courteous.
