“We hired Design Builders to replace our rotting deck. We worked together on the design and the process was excellent. James listened carefully and provided us with ideas and sketches. The collaboration was superb. We decided to extend the deck and add a pavilion. We found that the Design Builders price was competitive with other bidders. The construction period went quite well. The workers undertook their tasks seriously and kept the area around clean. The duration of the construction project was very reasonable and well within the estimated time. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Design Builders for other projects of this type.”

“The job is done and my deck looks fantastic! My sales rep, Jacob, was very professional and took his time to go over all details in my contract. I ended up signing for a deck resurfacing package. We signed the contract in January, the project was started in mid March, and finished in mid April. Deck Helmet team replaced all rotten wood and applied their coating to the entire deck. They left no mess in my backyard! My deck was in a bad shape and I was happy that I did not have to go with a more expensive option of refacing. My contract includes a 10 year warranty. So far I am completely satisfied with Deck Helmet's service. Would recommend Deck Helmet.”

“Greg and his team did an amazing job. We had them do our screened in porch and it's our favorite spot in our home. Our porch had a challenging roof line and we had 4 other companies look at our project. Everyone looked at our project as difficult and couldn't give us a clear picture of how it would work. Greg saw our home and said, "no problem we can do that" That's the person you want building your project. He said to trust him and his crew, they would make it look great. And he was right!”

“Prior to selecting S&S, I had several other companies come to my home to give me a presentation on building our Patio. I must say the presentation that George, Sales and Designer gave, was by far none the best presentation. However, it was not the presentation that led me to choose S&S, it was the fact that George gave us the plans and outlined the design of the Patio to the back of the house. This way we had a true visual on how the Patio space and layout. At that point we were sold on choosing S&S as the company to build our Patio. We were then introduce to Jonny the project manager. Jonny kept us up-to-date on all material delivery and development of the project. He was available to answer all questions we had during the building of the Patio. The crew that worked on the Patio, was the most professional. They asked daily if we had any questions. This company has met and exceeded our expectations of the design of this Patio. We are very pleased with the design and layout of Patio and plan to get plenty use out of this Patio. Highly recommend”
