They both helped me with decisions, were incredibly patient with my indecisions and many many questions. I generally knew what I wanted for my window treatments but they helped me understand points I had not thought of, hence, hiring the professionals. They helped me with fabric choices, what to line my linen drapes with, colors, hardware, and wall height mounting choices. Then of course, sewing the drapes, ordering the natural shades (I wanted a specific brand) and installing. Both Nicole and Cathi were fun to work with, professional, and such good listeners to my needs and wants. It's refreshing to work with professionals that take the time to understand the clients wishes, as well as, help the client understand certain aspects of the job in which the client may be unaware (as in my case). “We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We had significant water damage in a new home we purchased. The floors had an oil finish that we hated, due to the color, how easy they were to scratch and unexplained water spots and milkiness. We considered taking them out and replacing them with manufactured floors, but the cost was exorbitant. Nor Cal came in refinished the floors with the same finish and they look fabulous. It's hard to believe this is the same finish we disliked so much. Matt and Ami Vannoy were wonderful to work with.
