“I was completely happy with the service I received along with the products selected for my home. The decorator and I successfully collaborated to choose window treatments which were practical, esthetically pleasing and in alignment with my budget for window coverings. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner and I was consistently kept in the loop through frequent communication via email and telephone. “After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

“In the spring of 2012 we met with a few different deck building companies and discussed our ideas for our backyard. We asked each one of them to come back to us combining their expertise with what we had discussed with the balance of the plans we had for our yard. Hickory Dickory had totally paid attention to all of the details we had mentioned and came to us with a couple of designs. We were very impressed with the way each meeting was handled. Making changes and tweaking the drawings were never a problem and everything fell into place. There were no surprises everything was done exactly as planned and agreed upon. We made a few last minute changes without any issues. They have a great team of people that work together and do quality work. You can tell they love what they do and have pride in their work. We highly recommend them. We have had some friends build decks with them now and they also have had nothing but good things to say.”

Brandon listened carefully to our design requirements, gave us great suggestions to incorporate into our custom plans, and executed our blueprints perfectly using only the highest quality materials & equipment in their construction. Furthermore, they completed the job on a tight schedule. All of the work was done by the Pool Doctors’ in house team. No outsourcing or sub-contracting. From excavation to landscaping, Mike, Jon, Neill and their respective crews were always on site and informed us at every step of the process. “We purchased an older home in Niagara On The Lake, gutted it and added an addition. We wanted a chunky timber frame porch added on the front, something that would blend in with the neighbourhood, but would also stand out and give a wow factor! Our search ended when we met the team at TimberFrame Solutions. The staff were very professional and followed through with all their timeline commitments. The quality of work was outstanding! Initially we had the porch installed and we were so thrilled, later had a gazebo and fireplace built in the back yard. TFSinc. worked with the other contractors to ensure the footing and engineering were all in order, and was very helpful with the permit. Money well spent!”
