“I can't say enough good things about Will Framing. Will, the owner, has been building decks for 17 years and recently started his own company. I was lucky enough to be one of his first clients. I spoke to 5 contractors for my project. I liked Will right away, and his quote was very competitive. He explained my options very clearly and gave me a few excellent recommendations as well. Will has a really great crew. He brought them breakfast each morning and they really seem to enjoy working together. Demo was done very carefully and meticulously and the deck structure was built very precisely. There was so much measuring, re-measuring, adjusting, and re-measuring to make sure everything was perfect and square. We chose to use Trex for the deck boards and facade, and the way Will laid out the boards is absolutely beautiful. The corners (there were many as I had some odd angles and 3 sets of stairs) were elegantly done. During the build, I had LOTS of technical questions (that's my engineer personality), and Will patiently answered everything and it became clear how thoroughly he thinks about these things. I'd highly recommend Will Framing for any deck project you may have.”

“As a first time homeowner with a shortage of time and a deck in need of some tlc I needed not only a professional service but some solid advice on the care and treatment of my deck. Bruce was extremely friendly, and easy to work with. As others have mentioned, he responds to email very quickly and stays involved through the whole process. Not only was their work top notch, but Bruce was also very forthcoming and honest about what really needed to be done to care for the deck which was extremely helpful in getting the right work done within my tight budget. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and honest service provider. I fully plan on being a repeat customer and look forward to their future work on my deck! Thanks guys!”

“We chose Johnson Patios to do our backyard. They did an amazing job. We had a simple design in mind with pavers and artificial turf. The project was completed on time, within budget and I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. The crew was very professional, efficient, and they made sure to leave their work area clean every night. It was very good at communicating with us throughout the process. “We were very happy with our backyard project from Wilson Patios. Adam was the project manager and he did a great job creating a design for our backyard. We went with his first suggestion because there was no need for any changes. He was responsive to our phone calls and checked on the progress regularly. The crew was hardworking and kind. The pavers look great and our kids are having lots of fun in their new yard.”

“Highly recommended. They constructed my deck in February 2009. The deck, crafted from Mangaris Red in a Japanese Engawa (herringbone) pattern, remains robust to this day. It only requires occasional sanding and staining.”

“We worked with Adam who oversaw our whole project, from consultation all the way to completion. He was excited about helping with us from the first meeting. The initial consultation took a few hours, to go over everything and do measurements. He came back a day or so later with visuals and computer renderings to help us see what he was talking about. We looked at other companies and smaller vendors, and it either took too long to get ideas, quotes, or any information about these types of projects. Highly recommended.”

“I've known Rudi for many years and it was a pleasure to finally work with him first hand on some improvements on my house in Rockridge. My nearly 100 year old house was due for new windows and my 14 year old deck was looking tired so I hired Schafer Construction to do the work. His crew was efficient, polite, professional and always on time. I received regular communication throughout the project and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Everyone on Rudi's team was accessible and quick to respond to questions. A big thank you to the entire Schafer Construction team for a job well done!”

“We had an older wooden patio cover removed and and a new aluminum one installed by C-Thru Sunrooms. They worked with us on timing of the project as we had to have the old one removed then new windows and patio doors before the new cover could be installed. When we ere ready they had the materials delivered and started right away. We added lights and electrical outlets to it and we are very happy with the way it came out.”

“Angel Castro was referred to me by a friend and I really appreciated the referral. He is very honest and his work quality is excellent. He was able to save me money on one of the jobs that he did for me because he discovered that part of a project could be salvaged without reducing the quality. He puts his client's best interest before his own. The only problem with Angel is that he is very much in demand. If he can do a job for you, you would be smart to grab him.”
