“After my wood floors were installed, I didn't want to go with the same contractor for the wood trim. My painter recommended a general contractor that he often works with that excels at wood trim. Time was of the essence, because the floors were done and the painting was to begin. Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, had a cancelation from his schedule and was able to jump in and provide the trim for our 2200 SF house. Given COVID, trim supply was short for wood trim. Josu went to 3 sources to track down enough of the same trim for us. Josu worked steadfastly and efficiently to install the trim and the results are great! He excelled at communication of pros and cons of choices, shared appropriate details and status. This communication and care for quality resulted in our trust and appreciation. We will be hiring Josu again and already have some projects in the queue. We recommend Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, as a general contractor and trim specialist.”

“I had 6 estimates for my whole house window replacement. I let those sit for 6 months - too many choices and designs to decide on. I was overwhelmed. I then asked R & L to come back for a second time because 1) this is a local, smaller company and 2) Adam, the salesman who did the 1st estimate, was very professional and thankfully, patient. He was the only one to suggest and offer inside trim and he actually taped up a grid design so I could 'see' what my windows would look like. None of the others did this, only told me that I should. The install was completed in one day and was very efficient. My windows are beautiful and the inside trim, which I lacked prior, really added charm to my home's interior. That was a bonus.”
