“I've been using Steve almost exclusively since 2005 with great results. He's been good at working with clients through the design process, using software that clearly shows the client the results of their choices. He delivers the cabinets on time - and they fit! What a concept! (Wish I could say that about all the custom cabinets I've used. The cabinets look good, are quite sturdy and conform to the clients' expectations. No complaints on installation. His pre-finished stains and paints beat anything my painter can do on site. Best of all, his pricing consistently beats the pricing for ready-made cabinets once all the extras and installation are included. Apples to apples, Steve delivers a better product for less money. “Stan and his team at Studio QL (Quarter Lab) completed a makeover of our cafe space in north Austin. The whole process was amazing because they were so wonderful to work with. As a fellow small business, I felt they were empathetic working within our timeline and our budget. They came up with many creative, beautiful, cost-saving solutions that work beautifully for our business. Our project has been completed for about three months now and we have received nothing but great feedback from our customers. The whole project included: design services; furniture building+selection; cabinet building; electrical and lighting work; demo+building walls; installing shelves; polished concrete flooring. “Mike Perkins of ERS personally did the work on my wooden porch railing which was showing a lot of wear after 25 years. I just wanted the worst parts repaired in order to get a few more years out of it. He understood what I wanted and did what was necessary, The work was completed in about four hours including the clean up. When the time comes to replace the railing I will be contacting Mike again. “My biggest problem is finding something I like. It took me almost a year to find these fabulous doors. Then I asked Steven Cannella if they made sige lights. He said no but you can easily put doors in the same opening. Who knew? I never understood side lights or their function and I remembered the days when two doors were beautiful and had function. I took a picture of my home, sent it to Steven and he imposed the doors I had choosen onto the house. It was easy to see the finished product. Much easier than in any store. The doors arrived on time and were delivered professionally. I had fears because my driveway is a diveway but the man that delivered took them right down my diveway with no additional cost and extremely compliant. . I highly recommend this company. Their product is supberb and the staff doesn't forget you!”

“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”
