“Cosmic Design was an amazing company to work with. They listened to my vague plan and worked with me to create and build my beautiful pool. The lights, sun deck, the color choices are all great together thanks to Chris helping me with the many choices I had. “COMMENT Area Of Satisfaction Milton, GA Nov 08, 2012 Let me start from the beginning- This was the first pool that we had ever contracted to build: so for us, there were many unknowns and a lot of questions !!! Vance and Joe were very patient, professional and most importantly, thorough, which made a world of difference throughout the process. From obtaining permits, to getting quality materials delivered promptly without damage to our property, to overcoming obstacles regarding soil conditions and water drainage, to dealing with HOA requirements, design layout (which turned out Beautiful !!) to helping pick out patio pavers, fencing around pool--excavating the entire backyard and sodding with zoyia ( middle of July in Georgia, amazing it turned out as nice as it did !!) redoing our sprinkler system to include the new zones covering 10,000 sq ft of extra sod, bringing in 10 to 15 truckloads of dirt,....When I think about what was accomplished, how smoothly it was executed, and the beautiful end result, I can say, without a doubt, that we are EXTREMELY satisfied as I feel, the backyard has been transformed and not only will we be able to enjoy this extention to our home for years to come, I also feel we have increased our home value and cannot be happier!!”

“Jeff and Mark Umberger are nothing short of miracle workers. They took our ugly, useless backyard and turned it into a small paradise. They transformed what we called "the goat hill" into a free form pool with sheer descents, surrounded by natural stone walls, walkways and patios. Our pool is beautiful, tasteful and fits in seamlessly with the natural surroundings, giving it a very relaxing and spa-like appeal. In addition to being gifted with the ability to "see" what will work in your landscape, they are professional every step of the way and really make the job fun. Their workers are skilled, attentive to detail, polite and they clean up after themselves. At every stage our yard looked better when they left, even in the rain! We could not be happier with our pool. We have had more that one neighbor say: "I would have bought this house had I known the backyard could have been transformed like this."”

“GLD not only completely designed my front and back yard, they maintain it on a regular basis. They respond quickly when I contact them. They go above and beyond. I would recommend GLD to anyone that wants the WOW yard. I want to say to the last person that sent in a review and complained: You are an idiot. I have known the owner of this company for years and he has ALWAYS done a fantastic job. He explains what will work and what will not. I know he explained things to you. Your problem is you did not ask the real boss (your wife) before you said to go ahead with the planting. When she did not like it you made up some crap to save face with her or we know who wears the pants. Bottomline it was YOUR FAULT and NOT this company. So to anyone that read his comment please disregard as he has no class or commonsense.”
