Not only with the outcome the most beautiful product that we could have asked for, but the process was smooth as well. They were very involved with every detail and the owner actually came to our house on many occasions to oversee everything! I have never experienced that kind of service from another company. They are professional in every aspect of their dealings and they truly provide top of the line product. “I recently worked with Francisco and was so impressed!! He was super professional in his dealings, so competitive in pricing and timeline of delivery, and his attention to detail is impeccable. He came, did a thorough design review with myself and my interior designer, followed up to close out open questions, did several more follow ups, and then delivered the final designs in 3 weeks. “They replaced a very large window in front, 2 smaller windows, and sliding patio doors. Walter expressed concern about poor nature of existing windows and brought the job foreman out on a 2nd visit to make sure the installation would go well. The entire job took 1 1/2 days. The crew arrived on time and worked very neatly. After completion, I noticed I couldn't get 2 of the window locks to lock down, so I called the company and left a voice message. I received a response only 30 min later; and, they sent the crew back out the same day to make the adjustment. - great service! and, we feel the price was very fair!”

“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“I actually selected KDS from the Houzz website. Best decision ever! Kevin is very professional and was really able to bring our project to life, even better than I had envisioned it! He managed to squeeze in a good sized pantry, and here I thought I'd never get one! Kevin's website is very user friendly with a lot of before and after pics! He literally walked us through every step of the whole process helping and guiding us to make the right decisions and selections. Let me say this is a really tough and stressful process and ones always worries about making the wrong choice either in color, material or use of space. Kevin was always there to help guide us and the result is an area that we absolutely love and thoroughly enjoy!!! Kevin has a wonderful eye for color, use of space, and never tries to force his own taste on you but actually works with what you like and dislike! I can't recommend him highly enough. You'll be so happy to have him working for you! He's the best!!!!”

“RbA product manager, Tony D, was very professional, thorough, and patient. He answered all questions during his presentation and afterwards via email. I purchased 5 windows and the installation guys gave me a rundown on what they are doing to remove the old windows, install the new windows, training on operating the windows, clean up, and a walk-through on what they did. The window price is high but the windows are solid, durable, and, so far, working great. I would rate them 5 stars but their prices brought it down a notch.”
