“Until I met Esteban I thought customer service in America was dead. This man is polite, shows up, works hard, quotes fair prices and the quality of his work is unmatched. We’ve had a landscaping project that has been ongoing now for 2 years and we’ve paid Esteban tens of thousands of dollars to build a gazebo, fencing and several other structures during this timeframe. We would not keep calling Esteban back if he did not do stellar work. My husband is a small business owner in the community and expects a lot out of anyone he hires. Esteban has exceeded my husband’s expectations every single time.”

“Don was easy and great to work with - spent time explaining the pros and cons of the alternatives of installing a concrete patio and gutters. He even gave us other ideas we could do on our own to improve our house on our own - sealing cracks and painting. The project was completed quickly, looks *great* and was done at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Don!”

“Jesse came highly recommended when we were looking for someone to install paver stone flooring for our outdoor patio. He did not disappoint. He is one of the best in terms of service, promptness, price competitiveness and honesty that I have ever come across. He helped us think through different designs for an outdoor kitchen and outdoor patio. He came out to our house probably 3 times to review with us the designs. For personal reasons, we decided to do only the patio floor and not the outdoor kitchen. His service level or commitment did not change, even though the project scope became significantly smaller. He and his crew were always on time, professional and cleaned up after each workday. After the project was done, he followed up and ensured that we were happy and that he met our expectations. He also helped us install an outdoor patio fan and roller shades, when he came out for a follow up after the project was done. I would recommend JL Masonry for any type of outdoor masonry/stone work.”

“We are 100% satisfied with our new covered patio. Dylan's crew did an excellent job, working to finish the job as quickly as possible. Working from early morning until sunset they finished in 3 days what was supposed to take five with no lapse in quality. Dylan frequently communicated with us throughout the whole process and work was started without delay. We called them out a few days after completion to add gutters and once again were impressed with not only the price, as Houston Patio Covers are quite affordable, but the promptness, professionalism and skill of Dylan and his crew.
