“Scott Arnold, Arnold Landscape Architecture + Design PLLC, and his team represent the very best of professionalism. Scott was incredibly quick to find a time he could walk through my project with me. I already had a great plan drawn and he made it fantastic by adding subtle nuances I would have never thought of. Scott’s knowledge and experience was the difference maker in transferring a “paper plan” to the shape and form of my landscaping while he and his team’s professionalism was what reinforced the fact that I had made the right decision to entrust my yard and landscaping to him. Scott did a great job of communicating with me when his team would be at the house and what the action plan of the day was. His team was punctual, polite and industrious while on site. Scott, thankfully, factored in some “wiggle” room for “what if” scenarios and, as stated earlier, provided a “value add” proposition when offering suggestions . I am incredibly pleased with my new landscaping. I have had countless neighbors and “walkers” of the neighborhood compliment my new beds and their design. It started with our first conversation. Jan really listened to me and asked about what I envisioned, the feeling I wanted from the space and how I would live in it. From there she takes her artist training, extension experience and knowledge of plants and environments and brought together a design that reflects ME. Her installation team are also very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. They were there when expected, always left the space tidy over the few day project and focused on getting the work done and done right. From the first discussion to the final stone in the new walkway and plant in place, the process was a unique balance of efficiency and creativity!”
