“I have been using Thrive for 2 years now. It seems like nowadays, nobody answers the phone when you call and they then never take the time to call you back. I have never had this problem with Derek and Thrive. He always promptly deals with any questions or concerns I have and is by far the most reliable landscaper I have used. There are a lot of startup landscapers out there that are really just guys that have bought mowers, edgers and a trailer and have decided to start cutting grass. Derek actually has a background and education in the field, so when I ask him questions, he can reliably give me the information I am looking for.
