“After seeing good landscape architecture work for another resident in my neighborhood, and the very-professional Weber plans submitted to our Town's design review board, I contacted Ms. Weber about my own needs at my historic 1924 house. Besides engineering expertise replacing a driveway and other hardscape issues, I needed a master plan for horticulture enhancements suitable for my limited-maintenance requirement, the very shady growing conditions, our browsing deer and other wildlife issues, and a somewhat complex topography. The plans and costs were reasonable, the supervision and cooperation with the contractor were excellent, and I am pleased with the results. Ms. Weber has good listening skills, incorporating the client criteria appropriately and creatively into her recommendations. Her follow-through and billings are straightforward and professional.”

“I saw the display for Landcore Landscape Construction and Design, LLC at a Home Show in Greenville, SC and was really impressed with the appearance of the display as well as the courteousness from Mark and Ezra Goding. They came to my home on the date we agreed on and was thorough with details of what would look good for my future patio and fire pit. They even drew up a plan and marked off the area so I could better visualize what could be done. They did a wonderful job plus added lighting around the house and a few trees as well as lights in the fire pit area. They were trustworthy and cleaned up the area where they worked each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do improvements to their property. What they did in my back yard truly enhanced the appearance of my home. Genny Hendricks, a happy customer.”

“Terri completely redid our front lawn this past summer. Since then, we've had two offers on our house although we never intended to sell and won't but those are great compliments. She leveled the yard and created a beautiful landscape full of over 15 perennials and evergreens that were well designed. I wanted low maintenance with green as much of the year as possible, butterflies and a variety of color that would show up all summer and fall. She accomplished all of it. I learned a huge lesson that I think the novice gardener or homeowner does not know... don't rely on just going to your local Lowe's or hardware store for plants. Those varieties are the common varieties and often you need varieties that are suitable to your type of soil and the "height" is important as there are often dwarf varieties. Terri knew how to select a variety of heights that added so much to the balance of the landscape. I receive daily compliments. It has made a huge difference on our home. She was professional and her team on time. They transformed my front yard in 4 days!”
