“We had our master bathroom remodeled. From the tile selection to the cabinetry, the design process was fantastic. Eric was excellent. He came onsite, reviewed my space and offered the best design to maximize my space. The cabinetry is lovely with a specialty finish to look rustic- just what I wanted! I had stone installed in the shower and tile on the floor. The counter top is lovely. Everyone at Chester County Kitchen & Bath was excellent. The service and the quality is top notch! They were spot on with budge too! I would definitely recommend!”

“Jim replaced my kitchen faucet, a small job but one I needed done. He was punctual, very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. He even took my old faucet and the box from my new faucet away for me ! It is often difficult to find someone like Jim, I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true professional.”

“Jobs: Master bathroom remodel including building a shower, wall and floor tile, painting, electrical and plumbing. Kitchen backsplash tile installation. Project was completed on time and on budget. Design was excellent and implementation was great. Made improvments in the design as work progressed. Workers were very careful to minimize dirt and dust during demolition and construction. They went with us to tile and plumbing fixture stores to advise and help in the selection process. Was known and recommended by suppliers. We would definately recommend Creative Remodeling and Design for bathroom and kitchen remodeling.”

“Christtian is phenomenal when it comes to getting the small details right! He was able to get our old basement floor from 1970’s up to par. After the carpet and layers of flooring was removed Christian leveled the whole basement for us and got it ready for our new flooring. The preparation, execution and clean up was top level! I can’t thank him enough”

“Nicole first helped us select paint colors...she pulled a color out of a set of chairs for our family room walls...and all we get are compliments! Then she did the most fabulous window treatments for all our rooms....master bedroom, guest room (a truly unique concept for a circular window), family room, and more. “We hired Blue Lotus last summer to help design our new master bathroom renovation and supply the cabinets. The bath needed to be taken down to the studs so every element had to be worked out. I knew the tile I wanted and the stone but needed help with everything else. The first thing Tracy recommended was to take out the small linen closet. It shocked me and added greatly to the material and construction cost, but it's the best thing we did. Ended up with a bigger shower and more storage room. Tracy managed the process, helping to choose the contractor, help me make decisions on time, then scheduling the main contractor's steps with the other suppliers. The finished bathroom is solid and beautiful and fits right in with our reproduction farmhouse.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Dovetail in the summer of 2012. Our choice over and above other contractors we looked into was our confidence in the workmanship and design. Going in with the idea that we wanted our kitchen to be more functional and upscale, my husband and I, knowing that we are style-challenged, wanted someone who would guide us to a design that fit the house, our personal taste, and be up-to-date and interesting without succumbing to trendiness that will look dated in 5 years. Any contractor can do a kitchen renovation that looks like the latest mock-up in Lowes or the local kitchen and bath design place. Not everyone has the style sense that Jonathon Scholl has. He worked in elements we would not have thought of and gently discouraged us from decisions that he knew we would regret later (such as we originally didn’t want to give up a cabinet for waste bucket but are now so glad we did). We worked collaboratively and were able to reuse about 80% of our existing cabinets by painting them and getting new doors made. This kept the cost down and appealed to our sense of responsible reuse. So what do our friends and family comment on the most? The gorgeous, furniture-grade island is a solid and functional centerpiece – all Jon’s design and workmanship; the tile backsplash - in particular, the area behind the cooktop – Jon’s selections (my initial selections would have been horrific in reality!); the spice drawer below my cooktop – the envy of all the cooks in my family; the lighted cabinet windows that showcase some of my favorite hand-painted pottery. After living with this kitchen renovation for over a year now, we are still delighted at how it turned out, thoroughly enjoy entertaining in it, and couldn’t imagine this turning out as well without Dovetail.”
