“LM Design was hired to update our kitchen--new appliances, lighting, countertops, faucets, sink. From the start Lynn Masiello was the ultimate professional, providing good design suggestions, detailed plans and even a three ring binder which organized the scope of the project. Lynn met every deadline, was available for every phone call, question and delivery. Her subcontractor was terrific; he and his team did quality work in a timely way. Lynn takes pride in her work and we were the beneficiaries of that commitment to quality. She met our design and budget considerations and we are very pleased with the result. As an added bonus Lynn did all the leg work, taking our ideas and bringing us samples, saving us the time and confusion of trying to narrow down all the options. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with her and she will be on speed dial the next time we have a project.”
