She was incredible at learning what we wanted, matching the neighborhood feel, and making the house feel just right. We then unexpectedly moved to the beach!! Nicole worked with us to repurpose our old furniture, adapt it to our new house style and make the PERFECT house sitting. We love, love, love the work that Nicole did for us. We're so grateful.”

“I have retained Karen Cronin on three significant projects. The most recent project was the move from my primary residence(4000 ft.² plus home) in South Jersey into my current residence (large two bedroom apartment at the Ritz residences in Philadelphia Pennsylvania). I am a divorced father of two. I own and run my own business. I work long hours and travel extensively. Bottom line-in a move like this I needed a tremendous amount of help, and based on my previous experience with Karen I had every confidence in her abilities. She exceeded my expectations. On the front end of the move Karen took responsibility to vet and retain movers. She supervised and coordinated the packing of my home, and the move. A stone the size of the home and the amount of furnishings very little was used in my new residence, which required that belongings and furnishings be donated or stored. Karen handled all of this. She was on site for the move out of my South Jersey residence, and coordinated with the building Philadelphia to handle the move-in. She had everything planned well in advance and it ran like clockwork. Because I was moving into a totally different style and size residence, Karen needed to completely design, furnish and accessorize my new residence. This required her to spend considerable time in advance designing, measuring and providing the options based upon my taste and pricing parameters. This move encompassed everything from furniture, to art, lighting, kitchen appliances, etc. Karen furnished and designed for the foyer, living room, dining room, family room and bedrooms. Karen coordinated with the vendors and my building to make arrangements for all deliveries and installation. She handled placement and timing of art. She worked with selected and vetted multiple vendors, including the movers, electricians, plumbers and carpenters. She has exemplary communication skills. We communicated multiple times daily. Based on our extensive experience together my trust in her judgment is absolute-yet, she took no steps without authority. I have absolutely no reservations about giving Karen complete access. She is completely trustworthy I have no reservations about recommending Karen Cronin. I can assure you I will be hiring her again. Completely dependable, the ultimate professional. Punctual. And, she has great taste. My place looks awesome. Constantly receive compliments. Can't go wrong with Karen Cronin!!! I would have no problem speaking with anyone considering Karen.”

From start to finish, Emily was incredible, patiently listening to our visions for the house, curating designs, textures, colors, and pieces, all based on observing and understanding our own styles. “I had recently swapped my dining and living room furniture as we never used the living room, and only used the dining room for larger groups and needed lots of space a couple of times a year. Sarah Herman's came recommended to help me with curtains, carpets, light fixtures and artwork, transforming my furnishings into masterpieces. She was exceptional at tuning into what my preferences were and came up with beautiful options in my budget. I could not be happier with the end result. Every single person who comes to my home compliments the decor of these rooms. I love sitting in my sitting room (previously the dining room) as it is warm and inviting. The new dining room is spectacularly outfitted with a classic Tuscan feel that adds a lot to our culinary experiences in that room.”
