“I have done business with Olcott Square since its beginning. I have never been disappointed by the professionalism, creativity and thorough manner in which OSI handles a project. I have always been impressed by their patience as I endeavor to find just the perfect fabric and/or trim. I self admit to having the need for everything to match and I am not afraid to mixing patterns and textures to satisfy what I have conjured up in my head. Most times when I start a project I show up with "something" and we build around it. Many times I covered their tables with books of swatches spending hours looking and looking for the exact color/pattern. I took some measurements so OSI would not have to make a trip to my home and I measured wrong. When I called OSI, a plan was put together to correct my mistake. I have also found pictures of valances that I wanted for my den in my home in Florida...I told OSI what kind of fabric I wanted, a picture of the valance and the measurements via email and about three weeks later the exact balance arrived and is perfect. I can't say enough about what a great company and staff OSI is.”
