“Building a house is one of the most exciting, stressful, costly and memorable things one can do in a lifetime. Picking your designer is your first crucial decision. Emily makes the process incredibly pleasurable. She has the education and experience to make her great. However, it is her natural ability to see beauty that makes her exceptional. Emily has this incredible ability to help you see the vision which is hard for us first timers or novices out there. Emily takes your idea and stratifies it. She pushes you just enough so you take comfortable risks and gently steers you from regrettable mistakes. She is remarkable. One of the most important elements Emily brings is advocacy. During my build when we ran into problems, my builders/contractors would occasionally push me into solutions that were easiest or cheapest for them. Emily would not allow it. She would rectify the issue and provide solutions that we all agreed on and most importantly I was happy with. This makes her worth her weight in gold. Emily has everything you want and need in a designer. She is experienced, talented, diversified, organized, professional and truly a joy. You will have hundreds of decisions when building a home, Emily should be your first.”

“I used Birch Hill Interiors to stage the home of my parents, who had recently passed away. Roberta’s calm and gentle demeanor helped me with this emotional task in a sensitive, yet very efficient, manner. She quickly assessed what needed to be rented, and which of our own items we could use to stage the home. Roberta’s style is fresh and simple, with a modern and inviting feel. She transformed my parents’ somewhat dated and cluttered home into something that would appeal to any buyer. The difference was amazing, and I could not have imagined it on my own. “I was in over my head in reorganizing my laundry room and basement and am so thankful I decided to ask for help from the experts, Michelle and Susan. They came over to my home twice before our big work day to take measurements and pictures to make sure they were being as thorough in their ideas and plans as possible. They thought of ways and products to make the best use of our space as possible, and even re-purposed several items (a cabinet and a chest) already in our house that I never would have thought of using. I felt completely confident in them and when they left after our work day, I felt like a new woman. I have my basement back to spend time in as a family and can finally entertain again! It was well worth the investment and I'm already dreaming up other areas of my house they can help me with.”

“Marsha remodeled my kitchen and she and her team did an amazing job. She brought paint colors, countertop samples, and other ideas to help improve the space w/o major structural changes. She also helped with rearranging furniture and knick knacks to keep the area aesthetically appealing, but taking into account the sentimentality of items. I would highly recommend Marsha as an interior designer/decorator.”

“Natalie asked us about our style and then went through our house and gave us ideas for each room. She did all our planning, shopping and staging! She has done everything from helping us remodel a sunroom to creating a beautiful bedroom for our 3 year old daughter! Natalie also helped us with our entry way, living room and dining room. We love everything she has done in our house! She is also very respectful of our budget!”

“Kelli was Fantastic! Her ideas & designs were far more amazing than I ever could have imagined! She nailed my design style before even meeting us, by just a few photos & a brief written desctiption of my home/lifestyle. I appreciated her level of professionalism & her ablility to truly listen to our want/needs. I also appreciated the fact that she did not limit herself to just a few resources, but would research & seek out the "perfect" design piece, whether it be nearby or worldwide! I would hightly recommend Kelli's design services if you are looking for a professional, knowledgable, and understanding designer whom can make your home as unique & beautiful as you are!”

“Mary came to our home the day after I called! She helped us select colors for the exterior of our home. She was very friendly and had an excellent eye for color! She gave us a couple of options for color, followed up on some questions I had and gave us ideas on how to see the paint color on a larger scale and also several paint samples. I do some watercolor painting and have worked with colors quite a bit. We had a great time together and I was very impressed with her suggestions! She was very good at explaining why she picked certain colors.”

“I worked with Barbara on a remodel of my kitchen & dining room as well as the addition of a bath. She was easy to work with and very attentive to my needs and preferences and how they impacted the final design. I had been intimidated thinking about all the decisions that go into a major remodel and worried that I would end up with something the designer liked but wasn't truly 'me'. Barbara has a talent for helping you come up with your own vision and offering options so that the final product is truly personal but so much better than you could have ever done yourself. I highly recommend her services!”
