“Living Spaces By Lyn helped me remodel a bathroom and I was so excited about the results, they have just completed remodeling my kitchen. Lyn has a gift. She can see what we cannot and she is right 100% of the time. I think I have pretty good taste, but she takes it to the next level. She is masterful. She's also reasonably priced, very professional and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her for any project. She is well worth it. Once you hire her for one project, you'll keep going back like I did.”

“Patricia has become my "go to" adviser anytime I need advice on color pallets, selection of décor and furniture for my house. She has helped me and guided me through out the years. “Karista's work is impeccable in every way. She was able to help me redecorate my living room utilizing most of my existing furniture. She helped me select some new pieces that really transformed the space. Although my livingroom has a challenging shape, she placed things beautifully so there is a great flow in the area. I highly recommend her for any decorating needs.”

“I initially asked Robin to "finish" what I had started by re-purposing my own items. The collaboration went so well that I hired her to help me with my master bedroom and bath. Robin works with you, not just for you, and my house feels like it is mine and not just what some decorator said it should look like. And, by the way, I love my master bedroom and bathroom best of all. Makes me wish I had started with Robin instead of finishing with her!”

“I was in need of redoing my family room. I saw Kristen’s add in the newspaper one weekend about her monthly decorating classes. I attended a couple of those classes and decided to seek her services. Kristen was very thorough in her evaluation of my needs and likes, and always very timely with her appointments, even sending reminders beforehand. I purchased a couch, 2 swivel chairs, an ottoman, sofa table, and lamp. She asked for pictures of the type of couches and chairs I liked and then did her research and brought her choices. We also added some new curtains, which I wasn’t planning on purchasing, but we collaborated together on the design of the drapes and came up with something unique, and actually it’s my favorite purchase in the room. We had only one problem and that was with the swivel chairs not moving the way I needed them to. She took charge of that problem and had the manufacturer put on some new hardware to adjust the swivel w/no charge to me.”

“We wanted to update the look of our home after 17 years. Having Amy beside us took away all of the stress! She did the shopping, narrowed floor and paint samples to choose from based on our conversations of what I was wanting, and replaced the knobs and hinges we had chosen. She even worked on my house while I was on vacation!! I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Best decision I’ve made was to have her be involved!!”

“She did a fantastic job on our home renovation. From color coordination, to artwork, to structural design, kitchen layout, cabinets, and countertops...u name it she can do it!! She opened our minds to new things we might not have ever considered within our budget from opening the staircase, color on the ceilings, countertop recommendations, and picking out crown that accented our home style. Our project consisted of an addition along with total kitchen renovation and new laundry room. We absolutely love the colors on the walls, ceilings, and outside the home. There are several little things that were done to aid in our project as well that put us at ease with her assistance. She made our space functional too especially with our large family and busy lifestyle. We spend a lot of time together in our new space as the area is multi purpose (eat in kitchen, family room, large island, family study area) thanks to the design and layout recommended. I would recommended home staging specialists in a heartbeat! Great customer service, friendly, responsive, and time savings!”
