“I hired Anna from Cuthbert Interiors to provide consultancy services while we were renovating our family home. We ended up changing the entire interior of our house, Anna helped me choose colours, fabrics, textures and furniture for each room, from our family room with kitchen, our formal lounge and entrance to the kids bedrooms, bathrooms, master bedroom and study. Anna helped to create unique spaces for us to live in, entertain our family and friends in to be very proud of. Anna worked with me every step of the way, providing insight and advice and being very mindful of our budget. Anna would provide options and variations, took me to show rooms, made sure I was comfortable and happy with the decisions we were making. Anna worked with great speed and efficiency. She was honest and open and clearly had some fantastic connections both within New Zealand and globally to source products from. I could never have created this beautiful, stunning outcome without Anna, she was totally amazing.”

“Danni-Lee was WONDERFUL in her help with our kitchen design and colour decisions of our new house build. I found building and designing a house overwhelming with how many permanent, expensive decisions had to be made but Danni-Lee made the process so easy. By asking us simple questions on our lifestyle, how we would use the house, what vision and taste we had she narrowed our choices down giving a few incredible options in the colours of our house inside and out. When it came to kitchen design now that was a whole new level of wow! Suggesting drawers over cupboards, suggesting dimensions which work for a family old and young, maximising storage and bench space.. she even managed to find room to create a huge storage/office area which would have otherwise been wasted space. If and when we build or renovate again we would definitely use Danni-Lee again as she saved us SO much time, money and stress! Thank you so much for helping create our dream space, we love it and get SO many compliments with people asking for our colours to use on their own home (friends new build interior, families exterior and friends exterior all going with Danni-Lee's colour suggestion) :)”

“I cannot recommend Rayma’s service highly enough. Rayma agreed to help with a colour scheme for the exterior of our 70’s home. Working with brick cladding made choosing colours by myself a challenge, as I wanted to up-date and freshen our look. Rayma took photos of the exterior on her way in to our visit. She used these to test different colours on the house and this really helped me to visualise the changes. She was happy to to work with different paint ranges to achieve the look I was happy with. I found Rayma to be approachable and accepting of my wishes, and she easily cast her magic to come up with a cohesive scheme that suited us admirably. I also very much appreciate Rayma popping in tid bits of advice and suggestions for further development in the future.”

I needed help with getting my house ready for sale, I needed honest upfront advice on what was going to work with the furniture and decor I had and what I needed to change or purchase. Sian provided assistance with choice of fabrics, furniture, accessories and the overall dressing of the rooms. This coupled with excellent options on what and where to purchase items made the entire process easy and stressless. The flyer in my letterbox appeared at an opportune time, when I was contemplating whether I should renovate my home, or sell and find a home better suited to my family’s needs. I was at a standstill, and didn’t know where to start to fix the bland décor, damp and cold, and lack of privacy we were living with. I looked at the Kärlek website, and liked what I saw, so gave Abi a call. After an initial consultation I felt confident to move forward with Abi to put together a design plan for me. Abi presented the design concept for the transformation of my home, and WOW… it's amazing! Abi nailed the brief, she captured the essence of me and my family, and the way we live. The design includes spaces that are cleverly beautiful and at the same time practical. Abi has incorporated the much needed privacy aspect into the plan, while maximising light throughout the home, and bringing in texture and colour to create beautiful spaces.
