“So glad I hired Melissa to help me redecorate my family room and basement. Melissa is a talented designer who knows what is on trend, but also has a keen eye for classic pieces you will love for years to come. She is very professional, efficient and stays on budget while also knowing where to splurge and where to save. She looks for the best price for items while also prioritizing comfort and quality. Melissa keeps the process moving forward and got everything ordered and delivered on schedule. She has a great group of subcontractors she works with and expertly oversees their timelines and work quality. My only disappointment was that when she was finished, I wanted her to redecorate the whole house! I highly recommend Melissa's services and look forward to using her again soon!”

“I used Susan for a previous project and she was so amazing that I just used her again. I had some ideas for my family and living rooms, and Susan made my vision a reality. After our initial consult, she returned with several selections of furniture, rugs, fabrics and window dressings. Together, we selected the ones that not only fit my budget but also how I envisioned my rooms to look...Only 100 times better! Susan does everything from ordering, to delivery and finally instillation! It is truly amazing watching her work! She is the definition of a "perfectionist!" But what happens if you are dissatisfied?? Through no fault of hers, there were a few things that I was not pleased with. Susan immediately contacted all parties involved (manufacturers etc), and rectified them ASAP! She wants her clients to be 110% satisfied and she proved that with me! That alone will make me say that I HIGHLY recommend Susan and will continue to use her in the future! Thank you for again giving our rooms that huge WOW factor. We could have never replicated what you have done in a zillion years!!! You have turned our house into our home!!”

Susan listened, ask appropriate questions and looked through what I already had ... and over the past 12 years, she has continued to assist me in with designs that declare my personality! One special talent of Susan's is that even after 12 years ... she still listens and still asks questions and doesn't just figure she knows what I need. Project dates ... ongoing! project costs - Susan works within my budget at the time ... whether thousands or a hundred dollars!!”

“From the first few minutes, consulting Tina Phillips, I began to think we had found the right person to guide us through the big project of remodeling our basement. Tina's a good listener; her responses made me feel she understood me and my husband, and that she could bring us into agreement. That is just what she did. We are both so excited about the work that is nearing completion. The contractor Tina works with, Brad Spencer, sent Mark Wooten, and his son, Jesse, and EVERYTHING is being so well accomplished. Mark does everything with an eye to our being happy with it for years to come. I, honestly, think Tina Phillips was sent as a little gift from God.”

“Melanie worked within our budget and brought some great ideas to the table. She helped us see things that we wouldn't normally have seen and brought a new life and look to our home. She was always respectful of our time and had very visual and understandable plans at all stages of the design. She has stayed with us and helped us even after our time was up to make sure the whole process was complete and we were happy with the final results.
