“Catherine advised on paint colours and supplied soft furnishing fabrics for a 4900 sq ft barn conversion situated on the coast of East Lothian. Having viewed the project in its ruin state initially offering excellent practical design advice. Then using her experienced vision well before completion; paint colours and fabrics were selected from her beautiful collection of samples for the whole project so easily due to Catherine's unique talent for grasping the clients taste and the projects requirements. We are so delighted with Catherine' input and couldn't have managed without her.”

“Fiona Morrison was asked to furnish the interior of an apartment that I had taken on as a manger for holiday letting. Her vision was excellent, starting with mood boards, she was clear in her ideas and how she saw the apartment taking shape. At every decision I had confidence in her and her ability. When an item wasn't in stock, she quickly sourced another that complemented the room. The apartment is now let out to holiday guests and comments coming back from them as well as the owners on the decor and ambience of the apartment have been nothing less than five star. I wholeheartedly recommend Fiona.”

“Absolutely brilliant and translating my description of what I wanted into reality. Dean listened really carefully to what I wanted, challenged me on a few things (he turned out to be right) and was able to help me put together an atmosphere that I love living in! He was able to take my vague descriptions, lots of pictures of other places that I love, and my budget to recommend where to splurge, where to economise, and how to pull colours, textures, materials and furnishings together to create a home I'm really happy to be in and that's comfortable for me and for whenever I have guests. I never felt pushed into anything, he brought up ideas I never would have thought of, and he's got impeccable taste.”

“It has been an absolute pleasure and journey working with Elina on the renovation of our 1930's property on the road down to the beach at Bamburgh. It was a fantastic location and good house but it was tired. It needed restored and updated to make it into the wonderful seaside retreat it is today. Decodence have been a wonderful company to work with - always attentive, knowledgable, full of ideas (both sensible and creative), and it was a genuine relationship of discovery and design as we worked out what was best for the house and us. We now have a beautiful, practical and wonderful home!”

“Emma helped me to complete a total refurbishment of a double upper property in Edinburgh within in a short period of time. Assisting in interior design ideas, fabrics. wallpaper. paint, colours, blinds and furniture. She understood the style and finish I wanted to create.
