“We hired Design Line to completely renovate our kitchen during the summer of 2017. Words really cannot adequately express how much we absolutely love our amazing new kitchen. We’ve been overwhelmed with compliments from our family & friends that have been WOW’ed by the unbelievable transformation. This was our very first home renovation of this magnitude and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Their professionalism, patience and excellent customer service is unmatched. Steve, Tony, Nicole and the entire Design Line Team (Diane, Kevin & crew, Rado & his team, plumber Chris & electrician Art) worked with us every step of the way to ensure all questions were answered, each issue was addressed, and every last detail was perfected and EXACTLY how we wanted it. A special thanks also to Aaron at Blackman Plumbing Supply, for coming through for us when we needed to make a late backsplash tile change and to Simon at Faithful Countertops, for quickly addressing a minor countertop issue & making sure we were 100% satisfied. We finally have the kitchen of our dreams and can honestly say, there is not one single thing we would have done differently. It is absolutely perfect, down to the very last detail. She never pressures you, but is available to answer any question and was happy to accommodate budgeting guidelines. She is very honest in answering any questions about durability of counter materials. I am not a person who enjoys the re-decorating process, but Ana made it very painless.
