“We hired Better Builders to remodel our lower level living space and the results are better than we could have imagined. From start to finish, Better Builders was professional and easy to work with. The communication was clear, updates were consistent, and they showed up when they said they would. The quality of the work is excellent and the attention to detail really stood out. The demo was down to the studs and concrete. They handled everything from the ground up, including floor leveling, new ductwork, plumbing, and electrical with a new panel. Even when we ran into a couple unexpected issues behind the walls, they explained the options and handled the fixes quickly. They managed the timeline well and coordinated trades superbly. The workmanship is exceptional and the finishing details are what we notice most—edges, trim, paint lines, and overall consistency. They didn’t just ‘get it done’; they made sure we were satisfied with the final walkthrough. One of my favorite parts is the large new window—the amount of natural light it brings in completely changes the space. The layout also came out exactly how I hoped: the small kitchen is the perfect size and works beautifully for day-to-day living, without feeling cramped. Overall, we’re thrilled with the transformation. They delivered a complete, functional, and thoughtfully designed lower level that now feels truly like its own home. We’d recommend them to anyone planning a remodel.”

“We are thrilled with the complete transformation of our Kirkland condo, thanks to the exceptional team at Nip Tuck Remodel! From the moment we started, their process was seamless and professional. The project involved major demolition, removing old hardwood floors, baseboards, and 100% of the bathroom fixtures, cabinets, tile, and more- this was followed by stunning upgrades: beautiful new hardwood floors throughout, elegant tile fireplace and island lighting, complete remodels of both bathrooms, and fresh painting everywhere. Navigating the condo HOA rules and coordinating with neighbors added real complexity, but Nip Tuck handled every aspect with impressive skill, clear communication, and zero drama. We were especially impressed by their talented designer, who crafted an absolutely awesome design that was both highly functional and aesthetically breathtaking, it truly elevated the entire spaces beyond what we imagined. Transparency was outstanding from day one: they provided clear, upfront pricing and kept us fully informed on costs throughout. Any issues, big or small, were addressed promptly and professionally. “The project I am involved with was, in it's initial phase, a complete remodel a 3,000 square foot residence. It has become structurally new design from top to bottom. Our project has been a challenge from the beginning starting with being required to have a new septic system in an environmentally sensitive area. That issue, as well as drainage, ( in Seattle that is a big issue) Nils and crew helped every step of the way. The project, after 4 years, is finally in its framing stage and is going as well as can be. I don't know that any other company would be as personable and steadfast with a similar project. Of course it's up to the owner to be patient as well. I am so lucky to have had Nils Finne Architects agree to work on it. If you want every detail in your design Nils and Co. will provide! Not only do they figure every angle structurally, they come up with little touches that add up to great design! Will post pics in the future.”
