“Karim wrote his report over the New Year holiday and was incredibly patient, helpful and clear, responding always within 24 hours and often sooner to my anxious emails, helping me make difficult decisions and explaining clearly the nature of the works. I really valued his support through the process of preparing for the work that needed to be done. Sadly I wasn't able to continue with the project.”

“Trevor and his team provided a fantastic service from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend TBA more. From planning to designing to managing the project, Trevor was there every step of the way, advising us on everything from design details to structural decisions for our side return and internal reconfiguration. We couldn’t have done it without him and his team - they helped us realise our dream kitchen, and they were always so approachable, meticulous and thorough. We couldn’t love our new kitchen/living space more, and we will be using TBA again for any future works. Thank you, Trevor and team!”

“We initially contacted Francesco about the replacement of our kitchen and back extension. We were very keen to install an air source heat pump, heat recovery ventilation and insulation to transform the energy efficiency of our Victorian House. This ultimately led to a full refurbishment and retro fit of our home. Our house now only uses approximately a third of the energy that it did prior to the works. Francesco took on board all of our requirements but brought creativity and expertise. He considered every detail and helped rethink the use of spaces. Our stunning back room now has grandeur but still feels like a very comfortable living space. He has maximised the view of the garden and the outdoor space. He gently encouraged us to be bold in our choice of colours and surfaces and added warmth to our north facing house. It was very easy to communicate with Francesco, he always replied quickly to queries and kept us well informed at every stage of the build. Francesco also introduced us to Nathan Dew Ltd builders. The builders were excellent accommodating us and our cats as we lived on site during the build. Work was completed within budget. We would highly recommend Francesco and are delighted with the finished result.”
