“Having gone through a difficult renovation in the past, we were apprehensive to start another project! This was until we met Michael, where we felt he had genuine interest and passion to make our project successful! Initially Micheal helped us get clarity on unknown risks, spending time discussing detail on the subject areas (unlike the previous ones that were rushing to give a quick quote and leave). Michael was happy to explore range of ideas, especially at the design phase where we were undecided with direction.
