“Kevin Jones Builders helped my husband and I build our dream home. Kevin really listened to our wish list and created plans that were beyond our imagination. He built us a 3400 sq ft Focus on Energy certified home - our utility bills are close to what we were paying for our first house which was a little over 1000 sq ft. We are extremely happy living here and highly recommend Kevin and his team for home building.”

“We completed a large remodeling project with Highland Builders, and we truly have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Highland was consistently on time, on budget,and full of great ideas and solutions from the beginning design phase all the way through the construction process. On many occasions they went above and beyond our expectations, being 'on call' for many months and always coming through immediately in any situation. All of their subcontractors were excellent; their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding, and they became like family for the many months they worked in our home. We would recommend Highland to anyone without hesitation.”

“Countrywide Construction and Design recently built our home and were are extremely happy with it! When we saw the plans, we fell in love with the design. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings are accented by amazing custom beams and a beautiful fireplace. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and they worked with us to make sure it was exactly as we envisioned! We highly recommend them for anyone looking to build or renovate a home.”

“Waldmann Construction has just completed building a lake home for us in the Three Lakes area turning our design concepts into a beautiful finished product that will be cherished by our family for decades to come. They worked closely with us every step of the way from converting our design ideas into detailed plans, razing our existing structure, engaging highly qualified subcontractors, guiding us to reputable local providers for lighting, plumbing, and flooring, assuring the finest quality carpentry craftsmanship both inside and outside and completing exterior landscaping. We are very pleased with the resulting product. Their attention to detail and assuring quality craftsmanship in both exterior and interior was superb. Staff provided excellent ideas and guidance of the design details of the kitchen and baths and the cabinetry that were built in-house by Waldmann are beautiful. Staff, including the interior designer (Melody), project lead (Greg) and construction foreman (Pete) were always readily available to answer our questions, meet with us to discuss the work progress and resolve any concerns we had along the way. We would highly recommend Waldmann Construction to anyone desiring construction of a high quality Northwood’s home.”

“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”
