Lead by Sonny Halbawy, US Builders Team readily demonstrates high end craftsmanship and professional integrity from start to finish. Sonny and his team were fair, timely, responsive, hard working and highly professional. Specifically, Sonny’s friendly and warm demeanor made communication easy and straightforward. We truly felt as though he had our best interest in mind. In addition, Sonny’s eye for design offered expert assistance in making certain aesthetic decisions about the design and finish of our home. The finished project was not only solidly crafted, but beautiful, as well. We readily refer Sonny and his team at US Builders Team to family and friends and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“As a designer, when I hired Hick’s Construction to do our office remodel, I found Jerry Hicks to be a true professional with extensive knowledge in his field. He was accountable and stood behind his work and was excellent in completing my design vision. Since my first encounter with Jerry Hicks on this personal project, Jerry approached me about “networking” my design services with his business. His vision when he asked me to come on board was to help his clients in any way he could to enjoy what could potentially be a very stressful time by offering a “design package” option. His clients, no matter the size or scope of their project, can have a professional designer at a reasonable price at their side through the process. Often times this can make a world of difference for the client and I believe it just one more way that put’s Jerry “a cut above” the competition. At the end of the day, to put it into words that any HGTV addict might understand; “You’ll never see Holmes on Homes show up on any of Hicks Construction’s completed jobs!” I can say with all sincerity that Jerry Hicks of Hick’s construction is a man of integrity with all the expertise to complete anyone’s job at a level they can be proud to call “HOME”.”

“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..”

“We selected Buchan to build our dream home after a long and extensive search. Our project had a lot of special challenges including access, shoreline restrictions and a schedule which had us out of town most weeks. So we were looking for a builder with a proven track record, someone who would be highly flexible while also bringing an innovative and fresh perspective to guide us. Despite having built before this project was more complex so complete trust was also essential. Buchan rose to the occasion and wholly came alongside us. Surely Buchan had many other projects going besides ours but we'd have never known it. It felt like they were building just for us. They were expert guides, leaning in where we needed it, backing off where we were firm. It was both a very professional engagement yet felt very personal. We are in our new home and absolutely love it. Only thing would have done differently is not spend so much time looking for a partner! Highly recommend Buchan and definitely would build with them again.”

“I want to highly recommend RGN Construction to anyone interested in high quality residential and commercial construction. I have worked with RGN for many years on commercial and residential projects, including remodels and new construction. Their attention to cost and detail is remarkable and my clients that have worked with them have been without exception delighted with the outcome. I am impressed with the care that is taken to listen to their clients through out the construction process. They are attentive to changes the client may need during the construction process and also during the contract cost phases. The results are dramatic. I consider RGN at the very top of contractors I recommend for high quality and reasonable cost. I cannot say enough about the results and care they take to ensure their clients are delighted with their work.”

“After a tree took out my workshop, four trusses, two skylights, sheetrock and insulation, I called Bryan at Trail West Construction. He promptly came out and gave me an estimate, even convincing the insurance company to replace all the roofing when they only wanted to do the damaged area. They quickly repaired all the damage and cleaned up the mess. I highly recommend Bryan and his crew to anyone having a project related to home construction.”

“We hired this company for a complete bathroom remodel in 2017. They were professional, organized and very easy to work with. Our neighbor had her bathroom remodeled with mold and cracked floor tiles. We have had no problems. The floor and shower tile work show their commitment to high quality, skill and integrity in their work. Recently we hired this company again for a full kitchen and another bathroom remodel; both with tile and cabinet challenges. The completed projects were beyond our expectation. Attention to detail, skill and competence were evident. The company checked in with details and suggestions. Actually, saving us a costly mistake by the cabinet company. They were priced fair, thoughtful and thorough. We were more than satisfied with the results on all three projects. HM Custom’s attention to detail, commitment to quality, proficiency, dedication to their work and customers will not disappoint. We can give the highest possible recommendation to this company.”
