Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“As a designer, when I hired Hick’s Construction to do our office remodel, I found Jerry Hicks to be a true professional with extensive knowledge in his field. He was accountable and stood behind his work and was excellent in completing my design vision. Since my first encounter with Jerry Hicks on this personal project, Jerry approached me about “networking” my design services with his business. His vision when he asked me to come on board was to help his clients in any way he could to enjoy what could potentially be a very stressful time by offering a “design package” option. His clients, no matter the size or scope of their project, can have a professional designer at a reasonable price at their side through the process. Often times this can make a world of difference for the client and I believe it just one more way that put’s Jerry “a cut above” the competition. At the end of the day, to put it into words that any HGTV addict might understand; “You’ll never see Holmes on Homes show up on any of Hicks Construction’s completed jobs!” I can say with all sincerity that Jerry Hicks of Hick’s construction is a man of integrity with all the expertise to complete anyone’s job at a level they can be proud to call “HOME”.”

“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

We truly felt as though he had our best interest in mind. In addition, Sonny’s eye for design offered expert assistance in making certain aesthetic decisions about the design and finish of our home. The finished project was not only solidly crafted, but beautiful, as well.
