“I have know Carl Jacobs for many years. I contracted with him in early 2000 to build me a wonderful two story country style home. It was and is the envy of the neighborhood. Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did for me and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone building a new home or having their home remodeled. I know you will be totally satisfied with the finished product.”

“We underwent a MAJOR home Reno and Kevin and his team was by our side every step of the way! From design to implementation, Kevin was transparent, responsive and professional. Even when we were worried about minor details Kevin assured us he would make sure we were happy. Our space went from cramped and dated to open and sleek. I seriously can't believe that the finished product is my house. Cynthia and Tom followed up with the subs and ensured the work was done right the first time. I promise you won't be disappointed with Alex Custom Homes!”

“If you are looking to remodel your home, I can unequivocally recommend RCB Homes. They have contradicted all the bad reports you hear about troublesome contractors in home remodel projects. They have been simply excellent throughout the process. They have been responsive throughout the process, returning my calls in a very timely manner, usually the same day. They have shown attention to detail, reviewing the work of the subcontractors and ensuring that the job was done right. When I brought concerns to their attention, they did not quibble, but listened and took action to ensure that the issue was addressed. Their contractors were all timely and respectful and performed excellent workmanship. My neighbors are raving about the finished product...telling me they are grateful for the view! I could not recommend RCB more highly and could not be more pleased with the finished product.”

“We were treated extremely well by Andy Katzman and his team. Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”

“Over the past 2 years, we’ve been involved with Loch Builders and their architect Ron Gibson, in replicating a costal style 1930’s revival period house. Very pleased with the architect’s rigorous design, and just as much with how smoothly and timely the builder has worked with Deer Island’s HOA and strict architectural review committee (design plan approval), Lake County’s permitting (unifying two lots to minimize setback issues, and Florida’s St. John’s Water District Commission (drainage setbacks within the conservation land). The team work and professionalism has saved us needless stress, time and money. Furthermore, during the COVID pandemic, when labor and material costs skyrocketed, the builder worked with us to come up with creative ways to offset material costs (ie. wood vs. Hardi-board and window manufacturers), which has help keep the project on-budget. As a discerning (yet realistic and reasonable) client, Loch’s integrity continues to shine through all aspects of their services. Thus, we’re looking forward in having a successful build thanks to a mutually respectful and trusting builder-client relationship.”

“Victoria is a very thorough and excellent builder, and a very nice person. I stepped in to finish up the installation of a bowling alley that was featured as one of the "Street of Dreams" homes in Orlando. Victoria and I worked on creating a nice ceiling design for the bowling room. I would recommend hiring her, and hope I can work with her again soon. --Matt”
