“We were treated extremely well by Andy Katzman and his team. Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”

“Came to my home and spent time to talk about the home I want to build, Very impressive people. I intend to use their services and am currently saving pictures for them to eventually look at. I have decided on a company to sell my home since they have been here. I had a professional home inspection and am fixing the things that i need to. Hopefully will list home in spring and build this summer! Looking forward to working with this company....Husband builder his wife a designer...great combination!”

“We just love our new home in the Adair Park section of College Park! The highest compliment I could give Bruce and Cole Homes is that we would build with him again!! I highly recommend him. From the design phase with the architect, to completion of the project, his involvement and guidance brought our vision to life and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Bruce was constantly on site, accessible to discuss progress, make changes, and review issues and as a result, avoided costly delays of time and money. We interviewed several builders and chose Cole Homes, not only for his technical knowledge of construction and the building requirements, but also for the ease of communication and guidance.. Cole Homes stands behind their work, as did the subcontractors. During the material selection process, je personally took me to see examples of materials at private homes and vendors, which was greatly appreciated. His guidance and easy going manner made this project enjoyable.”

“Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Want to give a big shout out to Phil Mastrosimone who is the best of the best!! He did an awesome job on remodeling of my old home that I have been for thirty nine years.
