Brad did a fabulous job working with us, from developing scope of work, pricing and execution - including constant and timely communications. We are extremely satisfied with his work and have got many, many compliments on our addition. I would highly recommend Brad and his company for any scale and size of project. His expertise, open communication and pleasant personality are second to none. We will never work with any other builder for future needs.”

“These people were an absolute joy to work with! They are a wonderful team and both amazingly talented individuals! Abbey has a unique eye for design and I love her style and trusted her completely with every decision that needed to be made... AJ brought all the ideas beautifully to life! “JFWood remodeled my house over the course of several years. I purchased the house as a retirement location and worked with them to make it perfect over the spam of a couple of years. I worked area to area in the house to make the house my own. Scope of work: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finish basement, and remove some interior walls to make the house more open. I did this while continuing to work in Columbus, OH. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. As I was not on site when the work was being performed, I could rely on them to handle deliveries and do the best job for me in my absence. they stood by their work and resolved any issues that have come up. They handled a couple problems for me that were above and beyond their scope of work, just to help me in my absence. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them to others.”

“Rick Campbell is the owner of Rick Campbell Building. His customer service level is unsurpassed. Rick is building our custom home. Rick is very patient with us as we work through our design options. His supplier list is filled with some of the area's leading building vendors. He has great support from his suppliers for design ideas and pricing options. We struggled to get our old house sold, so our "courting period" with Rick was over a year before we could actually commit to building. Our first design priced out almost $150,000 higher than our budget would allow. Rick brought us another design approach that gave us the same features as the prior design and cost more than $100,000 less than our prior design. In fact, we gained 200 sq ft and an additional bedroom! Rick uses his primary suppliers and vendors over and over again, so he has a lot of leverage for taking care of the little things and making sure it is finished right. Rick's pricing is a flat rate, and it is much lower than most other builders. If you are in the Indianapolis south side, I'm not sure you could find a better builder.”

“We used Homes By Design to build our dream house. We talked to the owner, Brad Bowman for almost eight years before we decided to build our home. I do not think we could have built our house with any other builder. It did not matter what idea I had, Brad visualized what I wanted and executed my vision in the most cost effective manner. Brad always had amazing ideas in design, and how to use every inch of space. If you want a truly custom home, this is the way to go! One of the reasons we went with Homes By Design is because before we built our home we spoke to many of his previous clients. Not one had anything negative to say about their experience. Now that our project is finished we join that long list of satisfied home owners. We are beyond thrilled with the end result!”
