“As a fifteen year owner of a real estate company, I have worked with many builders. Every time, I have experienced plusses with the builders. Negatives are rare. Most are pretty good. However, every now and then one comes along that sets the bar higher than most. Montana Build is one such company. Their attention to detail is superior. The finished product is always more than promised. I like that. Pricing is fair and accurate. Customers like that. For me, it's the way they do business that is even more impressive. It's like working with close friends. The owner, Paul McElroy, is a buyer's advocate of such repute, no one ever has to ask, "so where are we at?" “Shan is an exceptional craftsman and energy efficient builder. I was on a number of his jobs and his work was above and beyond the quality of anyone else in the area. I highly recommend Shan and would use his services if I was building. I was a supplier to Shan for a number of years of prefabricated building systems and materials. I visited most construction sites and Shan built some exceptional homes of complex design. Shan was always competent, very professional, detail oriented, and honest. My recommendation of Shan is honest and from the heart as I am no longer in the business. Harold Ruggles”

“Denman Construction is just finishing building a house for myself and my 16 year old son. it has been the greatest, most humbling, and exciting time of our lives! I feel like a member of the family at Denman! These guys have treated me with nothing but the utmost respect from day one. The excellent quality of their workmanship is only exceeded by the incredible respect and integrity with which they treat their clients, employees, and subcontractors alike. Denman Contstruction is the kind of company everyone would want to have build their house,they are fully dedicated to your project, they listen,respect, and give 110%. I have never built a house before, but I would do it again with this company,and I would do it without ever having to go to the job site and I know it would be perfect. These guys take care of every detail, from the design on. They just totally rock! I am a single mom, with a right BKA (below the knee amputation) so I have a few special needs. I don't like to make a big deal about it,but the are a few special requirements that I have. Denman has taken that all into consideration and not even had to ask twice about things. They have been very polite and discreet, and super sweet about considering my special needs without every making me feel awkward, or uncomfortable, or even embarrassed. I am eternally grateful to be treated as an equal, a friend, and a person whose ideas and opinions matter. I cannot wait to move in to our new house!”

“Working with the Bigfork Builders team is a great experience. There is always someone on the job to handle any questions that arise. Potential problems are handled well before there is a crisis. The owners receive a quality job with the utmost attention to detail. Our specific work involved 15 zones of radiant heat, heated by geothermal wells. We also provided the plumbing roughin and fixtures, picked by the owners.”

“Craig is a consummate craftsman, builder and professional. He swiftly reviewed our desired home structural design and worked collaboratively with my wife and me to incorporate our desired high end craftsman style exterior and interior of a recycled timber frame house. He worked closely with the time frame designer and provider and supervised his outstanding team of subcontractors with aplomb. We were not living near our home during the building process and he kept us well informed of when certain items or styles needed to be selected or when one of us needed to be present to ensure steady progress. His attention to detail, foresight and experience resulted in timely completion and polished results within forecasted estimates.”

“I have had the pleasure of being party to (albeit sometimes a bit remotely) several projects that Ben has been involved in - some were very high end homes and some were remodel projects for a residence or business. He does wonderful work and he seems to have a knack for understanding what the homeowner desires, even when they don't really know how themselves; by asking all the right questions about their family dynamics and lifestyle. His special touches and willingness to go the extra mile help ensure the project is not only perfect, but unique and beautifully done! On our own project - an addition to our home - his work was both very professional and very flexible to the little changes we decided to make as things progressed. “Our experience with TCG Montana was outstanding..... Our project, a messy remodel of an existing "charming" old cabin presented all the classic challenges you would expect to see in a homemade poorly constructed original building. Patience, innovation, and an eye on unique details were necessary skills to have which Cory Jones (project manager) and Ty Barrow (on site) definitely had. First and foremost both are very good guys, hard workers and honest.....As an "anal" architect I am well aware of the importance of working with people who can collaborate on a tough project as well as having a high level of craft/skill which Ty does. Many of the design moves I incorporated into the renovation were unique and not what you typically see in everyday construction...both Cory and Ty were enthusiastic about the ideas and wanted to make them better, often times their ideas improved something I was already thinking. I also very much appreciated their willingness to ask questions so they would get it right knowing I am somewhat insane about details. Cory was very transparent with hours spent (we used a Time and Materials cost approach) and always was willing to answer any billing questions I had. Again, a great experience, with a high level of quality on a very challenging project. I will be using them in the future..........”
