“We contacted Richard to do some ceiling repair work after we had a pipe repaired in the ceiling. He sent one of his contractors to repair the hole in the ceiling and retexture the ceiling. The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. The price was very fair and the contractor was very professional and on time. We will be contacting Ricard to help us remodel our kitchen.”

“Peter and his team designed and built a beautiful forever home for us. He was willing to offer suggestions, but was always more interested in what we wanted. His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“Outstanding Custom Home Builder. Skilled Craftsmen and attention to every detail. Great decorator. Merle Stutzman and Daisy were wonderful to work with. Built 3200 sq. ft home with custom cabinets, vaulted and tray ceilings,and much more. Highly recomend this company and would definitely use them again!”

“From the moment we walked into the Smith Development Corporation home in the 2014 Parade of Homes, we knew Steve Smith was the builder we wanted to have build our home on Atwood Lake. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan. Steve and each of his staff were always very responsive to us and worked hard to get us information and answers to any question we had. The design and craftsmanship of our home truly exceeded our expectations. We have been in our new Smith home for over a month now and we could not be more pleased with our home and our choice of builders. “Mark Ange built my home like it was his house. The attention to detail was remarkable ! Always on site and always available when called upon. The workmanship was top notch. Every tradesman was A +. This was the second home I had built and I was fearful of the building process because of my past experience with another builder.
