“From the moment we walked into the Smith Development Corporation home in the 2014 Parade of Homes, we knew Steve Smith was the builder we wanted to have build our home on Atwood Lake. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan. Steve and each of his staff were always very responsive to us and worked hard to get us information and answers to any question we had. The design and craftsmanship of our home truly exceeded our expectations. We have been in our new Smith home for over a month now and we could not be more pleased with our home and our choice of builders.
