“Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

We did not experience any difficulties with their team and were very satisfied with their work. We are about to plan our next project with them - another bathroom. The estimated bid was very close to the actual job cost. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be calling on them again for bathroom, kitchen and laundry room makeovers.”
