“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“Brett was very professional and prompt. We needed to have some things done to our house before we listed it for sale. He came out gave us a quote and started the work within days. He worked 8 hour days and was on time everyday. Our kids were sad to see Mr. Brett go because he was very personable. Would highly recommend him.”

“I had King of Kings construction convert a large laundry room into a full bath with washer and dryer space. Love it!! Raul and his crew did beautiful work. They arrived on time and worked non stop until time to leave. This project was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was perfect! “Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”

“Maness Contracting did an amazing job on our patio ceiling, which we had wood installed to give more definition and warmth to the space. The workers were professional and meticulous with the details leading to a final result beyond our expectations! They were prompt in coming to the house upon our initial call and discussed in depth what the project would entail - 2 weeks later we have a beautiful ceiling! Thank you Maness Contracting!”
