“I would highly recommend this organization for any home remodeling project or complete build! Our home was built in 1896 and in dire need of just about everything. Relief properties took it down to the studs and built a beautiful home for us while leaving in tact some of the gorgeous architectural details that are so important to a home this age. The communication among the many people that it took to get this home completed was excellent. We were instantly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by all involved.”

“The owner gets right to business! He is very knowledgeable in his trade and the pricing is very competitive. First Class Property Management gave us faith in contractors, after having hired a few that were just horrible. First Class Property Management were very attentive to detail and quality. “D3 did an amazing job with our remodel. We had 3 bathrooms that needed varying levels of work (demolition, tiling, drywall, plumbing, electrical) and they all turned out beautiful! They are true professionals, they care about the quality of work they do and they make sure you are happy. They came every day as promised - not the norm with many other contractors! I would highly recommend them!”

“Nick Mackey is the man at Mackey Home Services. He seems to be able to do just about anything and everything in home improvement. Interior wall removal, drywall repair, door & skylight installation, interior trim, asphalt shingle and metal panel roofing (complete tear off), siding, exterior trim & ventilation, and flooring are a few of the projects he has done just this year. He researches the products before installing, his craftsmanship is meticulous, keeps his work areas tidy and safe, & cleans up everyday before leaving.”

“Rob and Ken of Scherry Home Improvements added a front porch to my house in the summer of 2014. It was not an easy job as I have an older home and wanted the addition to match the original architecture. The brothers gave me a reasonable price, were always prompt, communicated well, and handled the old house surprises with finesse. They started on time, finished on time, did a beautiful job and were fun to work with.”

“Klotzbach Custom Builders & Remodelers renovated our early 1900's kitchen and brought it back to life! We then hired them to remodel a full bathroom. Both jobs turned out beautiful! The talented crew was professional, courteous, respectful of our family and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. In fact, we recently moved to another home and are looking to hire them again. Steve and his crew are excellent!”
